Step 1
Cleansers
For sensitive skin, cleansing should remove sweat and buildup without stripping the skin’s natural oils or triggering irritation.
Tetra Oleum™ Body Wash is ideal for sensitive and reactive skin because its oil-based formula cleanses while helping maintain the skin’s lipid barrier. Skin feels clean, soft, and comfortable—not tight—after rinsing.
On days when skin feels extra reactive or you want the simplest possible routine, the Oatmeal Face & Body Bar Soap offers a gentle, soothing cleanse without unnecessary stimulation.
Skip loofahs and harsh scrubbers. Use a Waffle Weave Washcloth or cotton scrubby to minimize friction and irritation.
Step 2
Moisturize
Sensitive skin responds best to calm, uncomplicated hydration paired with barrier support.
Hydrate + Calm
Start with Clerra™ Rehydrating Mist on damp skin to add lightweight hydration and help soothe sensitivity. Follow with Hydra™ Body Lotion to replenish moisture and keep skin comfortable throughout the day.
Seal + Protect
If skin feels dry and reactive, layer Ekoa™ Body Oil over lotion to help reinforce the lipid barrier and prevent moisture loss—without overwhelming sensitive skin.
For flare-prone areas (hands, arms, chest, shins), finish with Everlume™ Body Rescue Balm to seal moisture and protect the skin barrier from external stressors like cold air, wind, or friction.
How to choose:
- Calm but dry: Clerra + Hydra Lotion
- Dry and reactive: Hydra Lotion + Ekoa Oil
- Irritated or compromised areas: Add Rescue Balm as a final seal
Step 3
Treatment
Treatment steps support sensitive skin between washes by reinforcing hydration and calming reactivity—without adding irritation.
Use Clerra™ Rehydrating Mist throughout the day whenever skin feels tight, itchy, or stressed to refresh hydration and support the barrier.
If you want a circulation or tension-relief tool, opt for Therapeutic Silicone Body Cups used with Ekoa™ Body Oil or Tetra Oleum™ Body Wash. Their smooth glide provides a gentle massage without abrasive friction—making them a better choice than bristle brushes for sensitive skin.
Step 4
Exfoliate
With sensitive skin, exfoliation should be gentle, optional, and infrequent.
Instead of aggressive scrubs or dry brushing, opt for light exfoliation using a Waffle Weave Washcloth or Cotton Exfoliating Mitt no more than 1x per week. This helps lift surface buildup without disrupting the barrier.
If skin is flaring, itchy, or inflamed—skip exfoliation entirely and focus on hydration and repair.
