We offer 14 days exchange on all purchases excluding custom items.
You will need to notify us and return your item within 14 days of receiving your order. All items must be returned in the same condition received. We do not cover the cost of shipping your item back to our warehouse.
Unsure about your purchase? We will happily provide an exchange or credit for your item under the following conditions:
- Please include your packing slip with the return
- Item must be in original condition and packaging with tags attached
- Item must not be damaged, used, or altered
- You must contact us before returning your item
- Sale items cannot be returned unless deemed faulty
- Refunds are only available for faulty items
Please note for all pre-order items, we do not offer returns/exchanges for change a of mind.
