Crepey & Aging Body Care Routine

Crepey, aging skin needs targeted hydration support beyond basic moisture.

Crepey, aging skin isn’t just about dryness—it’s a sign that skin has lost elasticity, lipid support, and the ability to hold onto moisture. To truly improve the look and feel of crepey skin, it needs deep, lasting hydration paired with barrier-repairing oils, skin-identical lipids, and antioxidants that support collagen and protect against ongoing damage.

Consistent nourishment helps restore suppleness, smooth texture, and strengthen the skin’s structure, allowing it to bounce back instead of appearing thin, wrinkled, or fragile.

crepey skin isn’t fixed by “more lotion”—it’s fixed by:

prep + hydrate + seal + consistency

Step 1

Cleansers

An oil-based body wash helps because it cleanses without stripping the skin’s natural lipids, which are essential for maintaining elasticity and softness. Instead of leaving skin tight or depleted. Tetra Oleum Body Wash replenishes moisture as you cleanse—supporting the skin barrier and leaving crepey skin smoother, more comfortable, and visibly healthier.

Step 2

Moisturize

crepey skin benefits most from layered moisture, but the key is choosing the right format for your skin and climate.

Lotion + Oil

Lotions deliver water-based hydration that helps plump the skin, while oils seal that moisture in by reinforcing the lipid barrier. For crepey skin, applying Hydra Body Lotion first (on slightly damp skin) followed by Ekoa Body Oil with Strength Booster to help prevent moisture loss and improves softness and elasticity over time.

For extra dry climates/days or winter skin, upgrade your moisture to Everlume Body Butter, rich in butters and oils.

During winter or extra dry climates, to lock in moisture on crepey skin, apply Everlume Resue Balm after bathing or over lotion or butter to seal in moisture—especially on areas like arms, thighs, chest, and hands.

Step 4

Exfoliate

It's important to exfoliate to remove the buildup of dead, dull skin cells that can make skin look thinner, rougher and more wrinkled. Our exfoliant is hydrating, smooths texture, improved radiance and allows hydrating and nourihsing products to absorb better. Use this 1-2x/week to keep skin refreshed and supple.

Step 3

Treatment

Our Treatment products go beyond basic moisture to help crepey, aging skin function better. These targeted steps prep the skin, boost hydration, support circulation, and improve how well moisture is absorbed—so every product you use works harder and delivers better, longer-lasting results.

Clerra Rehydrating Mist delivers lightweight, immediate hydration that helps plump crepey skin and soften texture. Used on damp skin or throughout the day, it enhances absorption of lotions, oils, and butters—supporting longer-lasting moisture and healthier-looking skin.

Dry brushing 1x/week then always follow with an oil-based body wash or rich body butter on damp skin to replenish moisture and protect the barrier.
