Warranty:

Urthy Scents does not provide warranties of any kind on any of its products. Products might have slight variations or flaws and/or imperfections as the materials used can vary. These flaws/imperfections makes every piece unique to its kind and no piece will ever be identical.

Purchases:

All orders that are placed online is an offer by you to state you are purchasing the particular item in accordance with our terms and conditions.  We reserve the right to accept or reject an order you make using our website for any reason. Please select carefully.  While every effort has been made to ensure our products/colors are represented accurately, different color calibrations of each system can impact your screen reproduction.  Furthermore, we reserve the right to cancel your order and provide a refund should our manufacturer advise us they are unable to supply a particular item.  

Prices and taxes: 

All prices on our website are listed in US Dollar.  By placing an order, you agree to pay the stated price (plus any applicable shipping, handling and tax charges) for all orders. We reserve the right to change the prices of our items at any time without notice to you.

Product care: 

If you have damaged the items yourself, or you have failed to take proper care of the items we may not be able to provide you with a repair, refund or replacement.

Change or Cancellation of Orders:

As we process your orders immediately for prompt delivery, we regret that cancellation or change to your order may not be possible unless we receive your request by email within 24 hours after placing your original order. No cancellation or change of orders will be accepted once your order has been dispatched.

Out of Stock Items:

In the event that an item you purchased is out of stock, Urthy Scents will discuss with you your options for choosing an alternative item or where possible putting an order in for the original item. If you choose to put in an order for the original item we will give you an estimated time for filling the order.
If neither of these options suit, Urthy Scents will also allow you to cancel your order with a full refund given.

SMS Marketing: 
By consenting to Urthy Scents’s SMS marketing in the checkout and initializing a purchase or subscribing via our subscription tools, you agree to receive recurring text notifications (for your order, including abandoned checkout reminders), text marketing offers, and transactional texts, including requests for reviews from us, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal do-not-call list. If you wish to unsubscribe from receiving text marketing messages and notifications, reply with STOP to any mobile message sent from us or use the unsubscribe link we provided you within any of our messages. The Urthy mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Urthy (“Urthy”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to Urthy’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Urthy through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Urthy. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
