Next, we map your scent journey. From ceremony to cocktail hour, reception, restrooms, lounges, and exit—we guide you in layering scent thoughtfully across zones. We recommend the best Urthy products (diffusers, sprays, incense, body care) for each space and touchpoint, ensuring the fragrance enhances event.

Scent Discovery
We begin with a virtual or in-studio consultation using the Urthy Discovery Kit. You’ll explore curated scent pairings based on your event. Whether you want one signature scent or a layered story, we help you discover the fragrance—or set of fragrances—that best tells your story.
Step 2
Placement Planning
We help you identify key zones (ceremony, cocktail hour, lounges, powder rooms) and determine the best products and locations for your scentscaping.
Step 3
Delivery & Setup
Your selected fragrances, products and delivery systems are shipped directly to you or your planner, complete with clear setup instructions. For local events, we have a Scent Valet service that can handle real-time placement and scent adjustments on-site.
Step 4
Memory Keepsakes
We don’t just scent the moment—we help you bottle it. From guest favors (candles, rollers, mini sprays) to custom memory kits for the couple, we offer keepsakes designed to let you and your guests revisit the event long after the last dance. You can even schedule future scent refills for anniversaries or rituals of reconnection.
