Who We Are

What started as a hobby – making clean-burning coconut wax candles during the coronavirus pandemic – quickly turned into a passion. Since then, we’ve expanded our product line to include body products, fine fragrances, home products, and bath products – all with phthalate-free scents.

A Commitment to Clean 

The key to creating clean scented products is to start with phthalate-free fragrances. Many mainstream fragrance companies use scents that include hormone-disrupting phthalates. Phthalates are synthetic compounds that are known endocrine disruptors, meaning they interfere with the body’s hormonal balance. Since so much of how our bodies function depends on a healthy endocrine system, we avoid any ingredients that may disrupt this delicate balance and are careful to only use phthalate-free scents in all of our products.  

Urthy Scents products use only phthalate-free scents and we take pride in being free of these hormone disruptors. We are delighted to share our high-quality, beautifully scented products with you, and know that you can feel good about using Urthy Scents products on your skin and in your home.
