You’ve heard eat the rainbow — the more colors on your plate, the broader the nutrient spectrum. Skin works the same way. Every pigment carries a different bioactive compound: curcuminoids, carotenoids, anthocyanins, chlorophyll, polyphenols. The color isn’t cosmetic. It’s the active.

Skincare keeps crowning one hero a year — vitamin C, retinol, niacinamide, bakuchiol. But skin doesn’t have one need.
