Is there a minimum order?
Yes. Corporate orders start at 15 gifts. Fully custom orders (branded packaging, custom scent, custom labels, engraved boxes) start at $2,500. Fewer than 15? Shop the boxes on the site and add a gift note at checkout.
How long does it take?
Plan on at least 30 days from deposit to ship for any corporate order — that is how long it takes to make and pack the boxes. Branded cards, tags, ribbon and engraved wood boxes add time on top. Tell us your in-hand date and we will tell you if it works.
When do I need to order for the holidays?
Count back at least 30 days from the day you need the gifts in hand, more if you are adding branding. The earlier we hear from you, the more choice you have in scents and boxes.
Is there quantity pricing?
Yes. Per-gift pricing steps down at 25, 50 and 100 gifts. We put the exact numbers in your quote.
What about shipping?
Shipping is quoted with your order and is not included in the per-gift price. We can ship everything to one address or individually to each recipient from your list.
Can we mix scents?
Yes, up to 4 scents per order. One for everyone, or let people choose.
How do the cards and branding work?
Cards are printed. Send us your message, and for branded cards, tags or engraving, email your logo and artwork as high-resolution files to info@urthylife.com. We send you a proof before anything is printed.
How do we pay?
50% deposit to start the order, and the balance before it ships. We invoice you for both.
