Seluna™ Face Polish

WATER-ACTIVATED POWDER · RICE + OAT · WILLOW BARK · CLAYS
The powder you turn into a polish.

Seluna is a dry powder. You add water in your palm and it turns into a soft, creamy polish that cleanses and exfoliates in the same 20 seconds. Fine rice starch and oat flour do the gentle physical work, two mineral clays take up excess oil, and white willow bark extract adds a mild salicylate exfoliation for congested skin. Because it is anhydrous, there is no water in the jar and nothing that needs a preservative. Step 2 of the routine, gentle enough for daily use.

How this supports longevity: keeps the surface clear with a soft, buffered polish instead of harsh grit or strong acids, so the barrier is not worn down in the process.

Is it for your skin?

Anyone whose skin looks dull or feels rough between cleansings. Congested pores, blackheads and small bumps, including on the chest and back. Oily or combination skin that gets stripped by foaming washes. Sensitive skin that cannot tolerate strong acids or gritty scrubs. Works from teens to mature skin.

The science

Buildup on the skin's surface is dead cells, oil and whatever the day left behind, and a plain cleanser does not always shift it. Seluna combines three ways of clearing it in one short step. Rice starch and oat flour give a very fine physical polish with no sharp edges. Fuller's earth and illite bind oil and debris. White willow bark extract supplies salicin, a mild natural salicylate that helps loosen what sits in pores. A small amount of sodium cocoyl isethionate, a gentle coconut-derived cleanser, does the actual washing, and sodium bicarbonate with citric acid gives the soft fizz when water hits. Aloe, coconut milk, honey and turmeric powder keep the finish soft. Because the formula holds no water until you add it, it needs no preservative.

NOW

FEEL IT

The powder turns creamy the moment water hits it, with a faint fizz from the bicarbonate and citric acid. Skin rinses clean and smooth without the tight, squeaky feeling of a foaming wash.

NEXT

CLEARER SURFACE

Within a couple of weeks of regular use, rough patches, flakes and the buildup that dulls skin clear. Congested areas look calmer as willow bark and the clays keep pores from filling up.

OVER TIME

SMOOTH BY HABIT

A gentle polish you can use daily does more over months than a harsh scrub you can only tolerate once a week. Surface stays even, and Signal Synq and the oils after it have less standing in their way.

WHAT'S IN IT. WHAT THE RESEARCH FOUND.

KEY ACTIVES.
DOSED RIGHT.

Rice, oat, clays and willow bark in a dry powder you activate with water. Here is what published research says about the three doing the most work — studies on the ingredients, not on this jar.

01 / 03
OAT KERNEL FLOUR
BARRIER SUPPORT
Finely milled whole oat, the same material dermatologists call colloidal oatmeal. In Seluna it buffers the exfoliation and leaves a calming, lightly protective film, which is why the polish suits sensitive skin.
In an investigator-blinded study, 50 women with moderate to severe dry skin on the lower legs used a colloidal oatmeal lotion and showed significant clinical improvements in dryness, moisture and barrier function. Lab work in the same paper found oat extracts switch on genes for barrier building and buffer skin pH. Leave-on lotion, not a rinse-off.
02 / 03
WHITE WILLOW BARK EXTRACT
1 WEEK
Bark of Salix alba, standardized for salicin, the natural relative of salicylic acid. It adds a mild chemical exfoliation to the physical polish, helping loosen the plugs that make pores look larger and skin feel uneven.
In 30 women aged 35–70 using a serum with 0.5% salicin twice daily for 12 weeks, an investigator found significant improvements in tactile roughness, pore size, radiance and overall appearance at week 1, with instrument-measured firmness and hydration improving by week 12. Leave-on serum, single-center, no placebo arm.
03 / 03
MINERAL CLAYS
2 HOURS
Fuller's earth and illite, the green clay of the French Atlantic coast. Both are layered minerals that bind oil and loosened debris while you massage, then rinse away with them, which is what gives Seluna its clean-not-tight finish.
In vivo, clay-based formulations blending red, green and black clays significantly reduced skin oiliness versus baseline, control and placebo after a single 2-hour application, with rebound sebum depending on how much clay was in the formula. Short-term study on finished clay formulations, not on fuller's earth or illite alone.

Study results describe research on the individual ingredient, not clinical testing of this finished formula. Individual results vary.

HOW TO USE

ADD WATER. POLISH. RINSE.

Tip half to one teaspoon of powder into your palm, add a few drops of water and rub into a creamy paste. Massage over damp skin for 10 to 20 seconds, avoiding the eye area, then rinse well. For a deeper reset two or three times a week, mix a thicker paste, leave it on for one to two minutes, then rinse. Follow with Clerra mist and Signal Synq.

Keep the jar dry. Wet fingers in the powder are what turn a preservative-free formula into a problem.
