THREE DIFFERENT
PATHWAYS.
ONE FORMULA.
Three actives, three separate bodies of evidence — all from the suppliers' own testing of the complexes Signal uses, at the levels Signal uses. None are tests of finished Signal — and we'd rather tell you that than pretend otherwise.
Supplier clinical study of the plant-derived PDRN in Signal, at the same 2% Signal uses. 32 people age 50+ with sagging, wrinkled skin, twice daily on face, neck and décolleté, measured by Cutometer.
24 women ages 42–66, daily use for 2 months. "Up to" = best individual results; the average across all women was −34% wrinkle density. Supplier clinical study of the complex behind Signal's Palmitoyl Hexapeptide-12 system.
Same extract, in people: 50 adults ages 50–70 used it for 42 days — wrinkle surface area significantly reduced, still measured a week after they stopped. Collagen synthesis in aged fibroblasts +19%.
*PDRN: supplier clinical, 32 people age 50+, 2% plant-derived PDRN complex on face, neck and décolleté twice daily for 28 days, Cutometer measurement; average decrease in skin deformation 8.4%, best individual subject 46%. Peptides: supplier clinical study of the peptide complex, 2% for 2 months, 24 women ages 42–66. Cellular energy: supplier in-vitro data (NAD+/NADH, collagen synthesis in aged fibroblasts) and a 42-day supplier study in 50 adults ages 50–70. Results describe the ingredient technologies, not the finished Signal Synq™ formula. Results vary.
THIS IS WHAT
WE MEAN.
Jen, Urthy's founder, on her own skin. Phone photos against the same wall in the same light, bare skin, no retouching. Zoomed in so you can see the texture, not the face.

The fine cross-hatch between the horizontal lines is where crepey texture lives. At Day 21 it reads smoother and less papery. The deep horizontal lines are still there.

The etched, crinkled texture across the cheek and beside the mouth is visibly softer and the surface looks plumper. Age spots essentially unchanged — this isn't a brightening routine.

Same side, same angle. Fine lines fanning from the nose toward the jaw look shallower; skin tone reads more even. The smile line is still there — as expected.

Left forearm: regular lotion. Right forearm: Signal. Same day, same person. This is the immediate tightening you can feel — the long-term actives work underneath it.
Founder's personal photos, not a clinical study. Day 0 photos taken late August 2026, Day 21 photos 9/16/26. Routine for those 21 days: Signal Synq™ Hydrating Serum, Clerra and Ekoa Longevity Oil, morning and night. Arm photos taken the same day: Signal on one forearm, regular lotion on the other. Individual results vary.
THREE ACTIVES.
THREE VERY
DIFFERENT JOBS.
Not three trendy actives doing roughly the same thing. Each one takes a different way into aging skin — and everything else in the formula is there to help these three work.
Regenerative signaling — not exfoliation.
PDRN (polydeoxyribonucleotide) is a cellular signaling ingredient that supports skin renewal, tissue regeneration and resilience. Ours is plant-derived — made by fermenting chlorella — not salmon. And the human testing on it wasn't just on the face.
Skin that looks tighter, stronger and better able to bounce back — especially where laxity and crepey texture show up first.
The plant-derived PDRN in Signal was tested at the same 2% Signal uses, in 32 people age 50+ with sagging skin and wrinkles on the face, neck and décolleté. After 28 days of twice-daily use, skin deformation measured by Cutometer fell 8.4% on average — the best individual result was 46%. Less give when pulled means firmer skin.
Supplier clinical data on the ingredient in Signal — not a test of finished Signal.
A peptide chosen for structure, not for the label.
Signal uses a Palmitoyl Hexapeptide-12 peptide system selected specifically for wrinkles, elasticity and structural support — the matrix that helps skin hold its shape.
A firmer, smoother-looking surface and support for the structure underneath it.
In the supplier's clinical study of the peptide complex behind Signal's peptide system, 24 women ages 42–66 used a formula with 2% of the complex daily for two months: wrinkle density −34%. Deeper analysis found reductions of up to 86% in the surface occupied by medium-depth wrinkles and up to 98% for deep wrinkles.
A 2025 peer-reviewed study showed Palmitoyl Hexapeptide-12 penetrates the stratum corneum and epidermis and helps strengthen and repair the skin barrier in full-thickness human skin models.
Aging skin still knows what to do. It runs short on energy to do it.
A concentrated brown-algae extract that targets mitochondrial function and the NAD+-associated pathways skin cells use to make energy. Renewal, repair and collagen production all run on that energy — and it declines with age.
Skin that keeps renewing and rebuilding over time, with wrinkle surface visibly reduced in supplier testing.
In vitro: NAD+/NADH production +76%; in aged fibroblasts, collagen synthesis +19%. In a 42-day study of 50 adults ages 50–70, wrinkle surface area was significantly reduced, with effects still measured seven days after treatment ended. Supplier data on the extract.
Supplier data on the ingredient technology — not a test of finished Signal.
Study results describe research on the individual ingredient or technology (peer-reviewed or supplier data, as labeled) and are not clinical testing of the finished Signal Synq™ formula. Results vary.
MULTIPLE SIGNALS.WORKING IN SYNQ.
Skin doesn't age through one pathway. Renewal slows. Structural proteins change. Recovery gets less efficient. Cellular energy changes. Skin loses water more easily. So we don't ask one ingredient to fix everything.
PDRN SUPPORTS REGENERATION.
Supports regenerative signaling, collagen and dermal recovery.
PEPTIDES SUPPORT STRUCTURE.
Support the structural matrix behind firmness and elasticity.
CELLULAR ENERGY POWERS RENEWAL.
Supports the mitochondrial and NAD+ pathways behind turnover and repair.
THE REST HELPS THEM LAND.
Every other ingredient in the formula is engineered to help those signals land — and be heard.
THE THREE HEROES
DON'T WORK ALONE.
3 powerhouse actives. 5+ longevity technologies. One formula. Under the hood, two more technologies chosen to make the signals land — in a base that handles hydration and barrier while they work.
Supplier testing at 3%: firmness +23% after 24 hours; moisturization +37% immediately and still +26% after eight hours.
In supplier in-vitro testing, adding 1% of this complex alongside a low-dose active raised cell-turnover markers close to the level of a much higher dose of that active on its own. We make no multiplier claim about Signal.
Study results describe research on the individual ingredient or technology (peer-reviewed or supplier data, as labeled) and are not clinical testing of the finished Signal Synq™ formula. Results vary.
FACE CARE HAS HAD
A VERY GOOD PUBLICIST.
THE REST OF YOUR SKIN
HAS BEEN AGING TOO.
FACE → NECK → CHEST → HANDS → ARMS → BODY. Your chest is skin. Your neck is skin. Your arms are skin. We didn't take a face serum and say "you can put it on your arms too." Signal was built as one treatment for all of it — and the research on its technologies doesn't stop at the jaw either.
32 people age 50+ with sagging, wrinkled neck and décolleté skin. The PDRN technology in Signal, at the concentration Signal uses, twice daily on face, neck and décolleté.
REGULAR LOTION
SIGNALSignal's peptide system has been shown to penetrate and support the barrier in full-thickness human skin. Its wrinkle results come from a facial study; no one has run an arm trial yet, and we won't pretend otherwise.
*PDRN: supplier clinical, 32 people 50+, 2% PDRN complex on face, neck and décolleté twice daily for 28 days, Cutometer measurement; average decrease in skin deformation 8.4%, best individual subject 46%. Peptides: ex-vivo full-thickness human skin, not a body wear study (ACS Appl Bio Mater 2025). Forearm photo: one person, one day, not a study. Results describe the ingredient technologies, not the finished Signal Synq™ formula. Results vary.
THE GOAL ISN'T YOUNGER SKIN.IT'S SKIN THAT KEEPS WORKING.
We're not trying to stop birthdays. We're trying to support the things skin needs to keep doing well as time changes how it functions.
RENEW
Turn over efficiently.
REPAIR
Recover and regenerate.
MAINTAIN STRUCTURE
Support collagen, elasticity and firmness.
HOLD WATER
Maintain hydration and barrier function.
RESPOND
Keep cellular signaling and energy pathways working.
APPLY AFTER
CLEANSING.
Smooth 1–2 pumps over clean skin, morning and night. Face, neck, chest, hands — anywhere skin feels thinner, drier or less firm. After cleansing, before oil or balm. Give it a full 30 days.
Signal is your hydrator — there's no separate moisturizer to buy. Use it morning and night. Give it a full 30 days.
