Ekoa™ Longevity Oil

SQUALANE · SWEET ALMOND · SUNFLOWER · POMEGRANATE STEROLS
The oil that puts the lipids back.

Dry skin is mostly skin that has run short of its own oils. Ekoa Body Oil is a light blend of plant lipids — squalane, sweet almond, sunflower, meadowfoam, oat — that spreads thin, absorbs fast and leaves behind the fatty acids and sterols your barrier is built from. Nothing heavy, no film on your clothes. Step 4 of the routine, after the shower, on damp skin.

How this supports longevity: replaces the lipids skin makes less of with age so the barrier stays supple and sealed.

Is it for your skin?

Anyone whose skin feels tight after a shower. Dry, rough or flaky arms and legs. People who want an oil that absorbs before they dress. Skin that reacts to lotions — the fragrance-free version has no fragrance at all.

The science

Skin stays soft because of the lipids between its cells — fatty acids, sterols, squalene. Hot water, soap and age all thin them out, and water escapes through the gaps. Ekoa Body Oil replaces them directly: squalane the skin already recognizes, linoleic-rich sunflower and sweet almond for the barrier's own ceramide production, pomegranate sterols to slow water loss, and oat and meadowfoam oils to keep it comfortable. A light triglyceride base spreads it thin so it absorbs instead of sitting on the surface.

Key ingredients

Squalane · Sweet almond oil · Sunflower seed oil · Meadowfoam seed oil · Oat kernel oil · Pomegranate sterols · Caprylic/capric triglyceride (MCT) · Tocopherol (vitamin E)

Full ingredients

Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Squalane, Isopropyl Myristate, Prunus Amygdalus Dulcis (Sweet Almond) Oil, Helianthus Annuus (Sunflower) Seed Oil, Limnanthes Alba (Meadowfoam) Seed Oil, Avena Sativa (Oat) Kernel Oil, Punica Granatum Sterols, Tocopherol, Rosmarinus Officinalis (Rosemary) Leaf Extract, Parfum (Plant-Based Fragrance).

How to use

After your shower, while skin is still damp, work a few pumps over arms, legs and anywhere that runs dry. Massage until it disappears — it absorbs fast, so you can dress within a minute. Use it alone as your last step, or press Everlume balm over the driest spots on top. A little covers a lot.

A highly stable oil rich in fatty acids that helps maintain hydration and protect the skin barrier while giving the formula its smooth, elegant glide.

Pomegranate Sterols — Barrier Reinforcement + Skin Resilience
Plant sterols known for their ability to support lipid balance in the skin, helping maintain elasticity, comfort, and long-lasting hydration.

Oat Oil — Soothing Lipids + Skin Comfort
Rich in fatty acids and skin-calming compounds that help maintain balanced, comfortable skin while supporting barrier health.

Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride — Lightweight Emollient + Fast Absorption

FEEL IT

A few pumps spread across damp skin and sink in within a minute. Arms and legs feel soft, not slick, and you can dress straight away.

NEXT

LESS DRY BY EVENING

With fatty acids and sterols back in the barrier, water leaves more slowly. Skin that used to feel tight by afternoon stays comfortable through the day.

OVER TIME

A BARRIER THAT KEEPS UP

Skin makes fewer surface lipids as it ages. Replacing them daily is how legs, arms and hands stay smooth and supple instead of drifting toward rough and flaky.

WHAT'S IN IT. WHAT THE RESEARCH FOUND.

KEY ACTIVES.
DOSED RIGHT.

Six plant lipids on a light triglyceride base. Here is what the research says about the three doing the most work — studies on the ingredients, not on this bottle.

01 / 03
SQUALANE
13% OF SEBUM
Squalene makes up roughly 13% of your skin's own surface lipids. Squalane is its stable, plant-derived form — a lipid your skin recognizes, so it conditions and softens without sitting on top like a grease.
Squalene is one of the main components of human skin surface lipids, at about 13% of sebum, and the review describes it as an emollient and antioxidant that supports hydration. Review of published lipid data, not a hydration trial on squalane alone.
02 / 03
SWEET ALMOND OIL
2 WEEKS
A soft oil rich in oleic and linoleic acids. It is the part of Ekoa that gives skin its slip and leaves arms and legs feeling conditioned rather than coated.
In a randomized multi-center study, 32 adults with dry skin applied almond oil, jojoba oil, coconut oil or white petrolatum twice daily. All four significantly increased skin hydration by week 2 (p<0.01); almond oil was as effective as petrolatum and the one participants liked most. Open-label pilot study.
03 / 03
SUNFLOWER SEED OIL
4 WEEKS
High in linoleic acid, the fatty acid the barrier uses to build its own ceramides. It is one of the few plant oils with human data showing it leaves the outer skin layer intact.
In 19 adult volunteers, six drops of sunflower seed oil applied to one forearm twice daily for 4 weeks preserved stratum corneum integrity, caused no redness and improved hydration — while olive oil on the other forearm weakened the barrier. Randomized, forearm-controlled study.

Study results describe research on the individual ingredient, not clinical testing of this finished formula. Individual results vary.

THE WHY,

About a minute on what it does, what is in it and why I made it the way I did.

HOW TO USE

DAMP SKIN. A FEW PUMPS. DONE.

After your shower, while skin is still damp, work a few pumps over arms, legs and anywhere that runs dry. Massage until it disappears — it absorbs fast, so you can dress within a minute. Use it alone as your last step, or press Everlume balm over the driest spots on top. A little covers a lot.

It goes further on damp skin than on dry. If you feel greasy afterwards, you used too much.
